We have all heard the phrase, "practice makes perfect," sometimes reacting to it from a "should" - "Oh, yes, I really should practice..."  Although this year's retreat does not seek to attain perfection, it does seek to explore ways to get past the "should," to identify practices that are meaningful for us on our own individual spiritual journeys.
