SENIOR PASTOR (full-time)
Rev. Dr. John McNeill joined St. Paul’s on July 1, 2012. His role includes worship leader and preacher, leader of staff, and vision-caster. He works with the Worship, Church Council, Leadership Development, Finance and Staff Parish Relations (personnel) teams. John also works with the Loving Care Coordinator in the areas of pastoral care, funerals and weddings.

ADMINISTRATIVE/ BUILDING MINISTRIES COORDINATOR & BOOKKEEPER (full-time)
Michelle Eells is the person you will see in the front office from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on Monday-Thursday. She manages the calendar, space use and provides administrative support to our very active church and staff. Michelle also pays the bills, serves on the Finance Committee and creates financial reports for St. Paul’s. She is assisted by volunteer Dick Tenney, who is our financial secretary.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES COORDINATOR (half-time)
Laura Dolch is the coordinator of our ministries for children, focusing on our dynamic and creative Sunday morning program for children from age 3 on up to sixth grade. Laura also coordinates our paid childcare program so that our young ones have consistent, loving caregivers.
HOSPITALITY AND CONNECTION MINISTRIES COORDINATOR (half-time)
Anne Horst focuses on building St. Paul’s welcoming capacities for new and returning attendees. She cultivates programs for hospitality to flourish by helping to connect people with one another and with tasks that are consistent with their individual gifts and graces. She coordinates the Welcome Teams, integrating visitors into the life of the church and encouraging established members to deepen their connection with St. Paul’s through ministries within the church community and beyond.
LOVING CARE COORDINATOR (half-time)
Debbie Allen recruits and coordinates a team of volunteers to address the spiritual care needs of the congregation through a Prayer Chain, cards, phone calls, visitation, and bringing Holy Communion to the homebound.
Jeanette Ostrander holds a Master of Music degree from Cleveland Institute of Music where she has been a member of the music theory department since 1994. She has worked extensively as a church organist and music director and is an active member of the American Guild of Organists.
YOUTH MINISTRIES & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR (half-time)
Alexa Allmann organizes the middle and high school youth groups. She also maintains the church’s social media and website, and coordinates the weekly bulletin.
Dorothy Preston is our FESTIVAL CHIMES DIRECTOR (advanced bell choir).
Jessa Dauria (left) and Katrina Twardokus (right) are our CHILDREN’S MUSIC GROUP DIRECTORS.
Sue Orzel keeps “this old house” as clean as possible.
Rev. Bob McCune was the Senior Pastor at St. Paul’s from 1974-1983, and for a brief time in 2011-12. We are blessed to have Bob, his wife Alice, and many of his family as members of our current congregation.
